How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time from your account settings inside the app, or by emailing support@stitchplus.au. Your access continues until the end of your billing period β you won't be charged again. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
I'm having trouble with the camera scan β what should I do?
The camera scan works best in good natural light with the pattern page laid flat. Make sure your browser has camera permission (check your phone's settings β Safari/Chrome β Camera). If the scan still doesn't work, use the "Upload a photo" option instead β it produces identical results. Email us at support@stitchplus.au with a screenshot if the issue persists.
My gauge is different from the pattern β will StitchPlus get the maths right?
Yes β this is exactly what StitchPlus is built for. Our deterministic calculator computes exact stitch and row ratios from your gauge vs the pattern's gauge, then passes the precise numbers to the AI to rewrite the instructions. The maths is done by code, not by AI estimation β so you get exact ratios every time, not approximations.
Can I use StitchPlus for crochet, sewing, or quilting β or is it just knitting?
StitchPlus is a multi-craft platform. It currently has modules for Knitting, Crochet, Sewing, Quilting, Cross Stitch, and Embroidery. Your plan determines how many modules you can use simultaneously β Starter gives you 2, Creator gives you 4, Unlimited gives you all of them.
What is the Pro Add-On?
The Pro Add-On (+$5/month on any plan) unlocks saved dimensions (your bust, arm length, body length β so you never re-enter them), multiple family member profiles, PDF and Word document exports of your recalculated patterns, advanced calculators, and priority support.
How does the affiliate programme work?
You get a unique referral link. When someone subscribes through your link, you earn 25β30% of their subscription fee every month for 12 months. Payouts are monthly via PayPal or bank transfer, minimum $25. The cookie lasts 60 days. Email affiliates@stitchplus.au to get started.
Do you have an app on the App Store or Google Play?
StitchPlus is a Progressive Web App (PWA) β you install it directly from your browser without going through an app store. On Android, Chrome will show an "Add to Home Screen" prompt automatically. On iPhone, tap the Share button in Safari and select "Add to Home Screen." Once installed, it works exactly like a native app β offline calculators, camera access, home screen icon β without the App Store's 30% tax on subscriptions.
I'm a yarn shop owner β what does the Yarn Shop plan include?
The Yarn Shop plan ($49/month) includes: branded kiosk mode for your counter tablet, your stock surfaced as substitutes in the database, 20 Pro vouchers per month to give your customers, an embeddable widget for your website, and a dedicated account manager. Is my data safe? What do you store?
Your pattern calculations and projects are stored in your browser's local storage β they stay on your device by default. If you create an account, your data is stored securely in Supabase (enterprise-grade Postgres database with AES-256 encryption). We never sell your data. Pattern photos you upload are processed by Claude AI and not stored by us.
